SHH STEEL supplies GB/T 713.5-2023 high-manganese steel plates with specified low-temperature properties as Factory-Direct Supply and export. This is a newly issued part of GB/T 713 and does not replace an older standalone GB plate standard. It covers high-Mn cryogenic plates 5–60 mm thick for pressure equipment down to -196 °C, typically grade Q400GMDR, as an alternative to 9% nickel steel for LNG and other cryogenic vessels.
