A203 Grade F steel is the element of nickel is 3.25% to be used in manufacturing pressure vessel and boilers steel grade. A 203 Gr.F steel plate should be heated by heating into the austenitic range, quenching in water and tempering at not less than 1100 degree for not less than 30 minutes.
