2B Finish (Cold-rolled, annealed, pickled and skin-passed)

  • Typical thickness range: 0.5 mm – 6.0 mm (most common 0.8 mm – 3.0 mm)
  • Maximum width: up to 1500–2000 mm (depending on thickness)
  • Suitable for applications requiring a smooth, bright surface and good flatness.

No.1 Finish (Hot-rolled, annealed and pickled)

  • Typical thickness range: 3.0 mm – 100 mm (most common 4.0 mm – 50 mm)
  • Maximum width: up to 2000–2500 mm
  • Standard finish for heavy plates used in furnace construction and structural high-temperature components.

Other Finishes

  • BA (Bright Annealed): Limited thickness range, usually ≤ 3.0 mm

Protective PVC film can be applied on one or both sides. Custom cutting (plasma, laser, or waterjet) and closer dimensional tolerances are available upon request.

Post-weld cleaning and passivation are advised to restore optimum high-temperature performance.
