AISI 347 is selected when resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding and good performance in the sensitization temperature range are required. Corrosion Resistance
AISI 347 offers good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, fresh water, food products and many mild to moderate chemical environments, similar to standard 304 and 321.
