S690QL is good weld ability, -40 temperature impact test in 30J in quenched and tempered steel.
The symbol S is for structural steel, 690 for the minimum yield strength in thickness under 50mm.
Q mean the delivery condition in quenched and tempered.
S690QL could be through the -40 temperature impact and the energy is 30J.
